Home Sale Video Inspection
Jetter Clean is offering a discount for home video inspections. Jetter Clean can video inspect your main line to ensure it is clean and working, if you are buying or selling a house. We can see if there are any issues with the line. We’ll even give you a copy of the video so you can show the new buyers, plumbers or any one you’d like.
Why chose Jetter Clean?
- We Record the Video
Not sure why other companies don’t record but Jetter Clean does. You can save the video for future reference. You can also share it by email or text for others to watch and get their opinion, like a plumber or city plumbing inspector. - Give an Estimate if Needs Cleaning
Yes, if the line needs cleaning we can clean it. We’ll see how long the line is and the type of pipe and then give you an estimate for cleaning that line. Using our advancing water jets to remove debris and build-up, gives our customers Long Term Results. - Documented Clean
Detailed reporting. Our camera has on-screen footage with time and date of recording. Jetting Technicians note the type or types of pipes and pipe transitions. Then they determine the condition of the pipe and recommendations. - 30+ Years Experience
We have seen many things inisde of pipes over the years and know how to solve and identify the issues. Whether its cleaning or recommending replacement or a repair, we have the experience. This knowledge matched with our ability to clean the inside of the pipe, puts us above all others.
How We Remove Roots
If there’s Roots in the line, Jetter Clean’s chainsaw nozzle can’t be beat by a snake or cable machine. It spins like a weed wacker with pieces of chain to cut out the roots and not damage the pipes. If the pipe gets bigger, it still cleans to the edge. This gives our customers extra comfort and confidence from an untimely and messy backup.
Jetter Clean verifies that the main lines are clean and the pipe is in good condition with a before and after video inspection. Giving our customers a recording to keep and share. Also, if a repair is needed, we can go above ground and locate the spot for the repair.

30+ Years of Experience
Jetter Clean’s knowledge of videoing all the different types of pipes and what they look like has accumulated over 30 years. This experience gives us the ability to know if the line is serviceable, needs to be cleaned or has other issues.
Examples of pipes:
- Clay Pipe – Clay tile is seamed together in small sections. Over time these sections can settle, erode and crack allowing roots to enter. We can clean these lines of roots and make it serviceable only needing yearly root removal.
- Cast Iron – These metal pipes can have some root intrusion but more than often they corrode over time, leaving scale and ridges to catch debris. We can jet out the scale/rust and smooth out the ridges to extend the longevity of the pipe.
- Orangeberg Pipe – This pipe was installed as an alternative to metal pipe back in the 40’s and 50’s. These lines were meant to last 30-50 years maximum. This pipe is made of rolled max tar paper and should be replaced as there is no cleaning option.
- Transite Pipe – These are made with cement and asbestos fibers and were banned in the 1980’s. It can be jetted effectively if not damaged. If damaged such as cracks and breaks it still leaches out asbestos and needs to be professionally replaced.
- PVC Pipe – This pipe is generally ideal and only has a few issues. Sometimes there will be settling causing a sag and build-up to occur. This can be cleaned with our advancing water jets.
The condition of the main sewer pipe is revealed with the video camera. The technician will assess if needs cleaning. If the pipe is in poor condition the technician along with the office will make a recommendation.
